Craig Orback illustrator of THE CAN MAN written by Laura E. Williams (now a local resident!) has some great news to share:THE CAN MAN is the winner of the Keystone to Reading Book Award, Elementary Award, Keystone State Reading Association as chosen by participating students in Pennsylvania!
Winner of the 2011 Paterson Prize for Books for Young People!
2012 Charlotte Award Nominee, New York State Reading Association.
Notable Children's Books of 2011, Smithsonian Magazine.
2011 Horace Mann Upstanders Children's Literature Award, Honor Book.
Lastly in the summer of 2011, 25,800 kids had THE CAN MAN read to them up and down the east coast as part of TD Banks summer program.
